The staff were consistently helpful and polite . The location provided really good access to the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large. Housekeeping services were provided daily and I found the buffet breakfast to be really good with many choices.

I had a superior room. The room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast included in our package was delicious.
The hotel's location provides immediate access to the beach. The breakfast buffet included many options. The staff was always helpful, they promptly addressed any concerns i had. I appreciated the nurse being available to check on a family member with high blood pressure.
The room didn't smell particularly fresh. An update would enhance the overall experience.

Lyka at the front desk made check-in easy. the welcome set a great mood for my stay. the room was super clean and comfy! the bed was cozy! i had a good night's sleep. The amenities were sufficient.

The staff were really kind. the room service requests were handled very fast and efficiently. irah at the front desk assisted me with an early check-in and made sure the rooms were next to each other. Housekeeping was excellent and followed the instructions well.

dirty room ant problem
the staff was kind. the facilities were good, nothing to complain about.
i paid for an upgrade. we got a room WITH ants etc. it felt DIRTY. my baby was bit multiple times the first night we stayed in our so called upgrade.
